Amazing! We drove over 3 hours to meet up with a family member that was moving to Tx and we got lost! GPS kinda sent us 10 miles down Jack Rabbit Ln. I called and Adriana (Abriana) went above and beyond with info and we made it! Sweetgirl very helpful. Also so we wouldn’t get lost on the way home Allyson made sure with her instructions got us home safely. Also housekeeping was very sweet and greeted us as we we’re heading to the elevator (they don’t get enough recognition for what they do) I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but we left around 11:00 and we were in room 418:) And I’ve never seen the Lend wall!!! Amazing!

The staff was really nice and the lending lounge is super cool! Especially Christopher and Allison, they were so nice and helpful!

they were willing to help us with changes in our group and rooms since this was for a funeral in the beginning of a rare snow storm.

Friendly competent staff who apparently remembered me the next day when I needed another key because he did not ask for my ID. Comfortable beds. Would suggest a TV guide for room so you know which channels are which.
